Store Policies



Orders ship within 2 days if in stock. All others are processed and shipped within 2 weeks. USPS Tracking information will be sent via email. If you would like your shipping expedited please contact us before purchasing the item and we will update shipping costs. We offer free shipping in the US and Puerto Rico. In the unlikely event an order arrives damaged, please notify me within 24 hours of receipt.


International shipping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We ship worldwide using USPS First-Class International without insurance. Signature might be required for some items. Please contact us if you need an Express shipping. Buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/customs that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. In most cases, there is no issue when shipping a small order, but we cannot guarantee time of delivery nor confirm there will be no other customs related issues.


All orders are carefully packed to ensure their safety. All jewelry comes in a gift bag or box with our logo. If this is a gift, we gladly will include a gift note for the recipient. Just type your message in the box at checkout.


I take pride in hand crafting each piece. All sales are final. With that said, it is my priority to make sure you love your purchase and are excited to own and wear it. Should you have any concerns, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order.


Each piece is handmade by me. Due to this nature, pieces can vary slightly in finishing marks, stone colors, and fabrication. 


Please email me if you are interested in having a custom piece designed. 50% deposit for custom work is required and is non-refundable.


Well-loved pieces can sometimes break, but in the unlikely event this occurs, I am always happy to fix them. For any repairs please contact me directly at Shipping, repair and possible material costs will be determined. For missing earring matches, replacement cost will be the cost of a single earring, or 50% of full retail price plus shipping costs.
